Crave Skin Refund & Returns Policy

At Crave Skin, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Returns & Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The tamper-proof seal must remain intact.

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

To start a return, please contact us at sales@craveskin.com.au. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours at sales@craveskin.com.au with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns for:

Opened or used skincare products

Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotion

Gift cards

If you have concerns about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest way is to return your unopened, unused item, and once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Please note: Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at sales@craveskin.com.au.
