Crave Skin Shipping & Handling
At Crave Skin, we strive to ensure that your skincare products arrive safely and promptly. Below, you’ll find details on our shipping options, processing times, and handling procedures.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Options & Timeframes
We offer the following shipping methods within Australia:
🚚 Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
🚀 Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Shipping times may vary based on your location and any external factors (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays).

Shipping Fees
- Express Shipping: $19.95 (Free for orders over $200)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Handling & Packaging
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All products are securely packed to prevent leakage or damage during transit. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at sales@craveskin.com.au.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we work with reliable couriers, unforeseen delays can sometimes occur. If your package is delayed or missing:
- Check your tracking details for updates.
- Allow extra time during peak seasons or holidays.
- Contact us at sales@craveskin.com.au if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe.
Once a package is in transit, Crave Skin is not responsible for delays caused by postal services. However, we will do our best to assist in tracking your order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Authority to Leave (ATL) & Signature on Delivery
- Orders may be marked as Authority to Leave (ATL) unless otherwise requested.
- If you require signature on delivery, please specify this at checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order.
